According to the Kosovo Police announcement, the suspect had been arrested by Kosovo Police units after being sought via an international arrest warrant issued by Turkish judicial authorities.

He is suspected of involvement in criminal offenses including "Sexual Exploitation of a Child" and "Deprivation of a Child's Liberty," as sanctioned under the Turkish Penal Code.
