The European Roma Institute for Arts and Culture (ERIAC) has completed a planned transition in its executive leadership, capping a year of institutional renewal and strategic planning. Over the past year, ERIAC reconstituted its governing bodies—the Pakiv Board and Barvalipe Academy—and adopted its revised Strategy 2026–2030.

The Pakiv Board has now implemented its decision on the executive transition. As of 1 January 2026, Ms. Anna Mirga-Kruszelnicka has taken on the role of Executive Director. With deep experience in institutional leadership, policy engagement, and program development—plus years of close involvement in ERIAC's work—the Board expresses full confidence in her ability to ensure continuity, stability, and mission advancement.

This move underscores ERIAC's maturity, commitment to transparent governance, orderly succession, and long-term sustainability. All programs, partnerships, and strategic priorities will proceed uninterrupted under Strategy 2026–2030. As Pakiv Board Chair, Mensur Haliti reaffirms the Board's support for staff, partners, and stakeholders, paving a stable path forward.
