Regional Water Company (KRU) "Hidroregjioni" in Kosovo has notified consumers that new water tariffs, approved by the Water Services Regulatory Authority (ARRU), take effect from January 2026 as part of the 2026–2028 tariff process

The tariff revision follows detailed analyses addressing key factors such as rising electricity costs, increased operational and maintenance expenses, and the need for new investments and network expansion.

These changes apply to all consumer categories—household, commercial, and institutional—and will appear on monthly bills starting this month.

KRU "Hidroregjioni" emphasizes that the primary goal remains ensuring a reliable water supply, improving service quality, and advancing investment projects to benefit citizens across the region.
